Scope and Committees

The presentation of the management system of Noctua GmbH is based on the EN ISO 9001:2008 standard and is also the operating manual for the waste disposal company.

scope

The specifications in the manual apply to the entire company and all employees. They regulate the cooperation and show the interaction of the individual processes. The process links become clear in the process plans. Individual processes are described in detail where necessary. Exclusions according to EN ISO 9001:2008: Noctua GmbH trades in secondary raw materials, which it purchases from its suppliers with defined properties and which correspond to the clearly recorded customer requirements for the product. Unambiguous orders guarantee that the delivered products have the required properties. This is achieved by working with partners known and controlled by us. Product development within the meaning of EN ISO 9001:2008 does not take place and measuring equipment is not used. The management system of Noctua GmbH therefore does not take into account the requirements from Section 7.3 "Development" and 7.6 "Control of monitoring and measuring equipment" of EN ISO 9001.

The processes presented are subject to constant adjustment and improvement. They do not claim to be complete. Every employee is obliged to check his workplace and his environment for permanent improvement and error avoidance. Particular attention should be paid to optimizing the interfaces to internal and external processes. Obvious errors or undesirable developments must be documented, analyzed and eliminated in consultation with the management. This company is managed in accordance with TQM, and from this arises the responsibility of every employee to constantly work on and improve this process. This results in the obligation to contribute accordingly. We are not looking for culprits but for causes, solutions and improvements. Processes and solutions should be simple and fast. The customer is the source of our profitability and should be treated accordingly. Questions and requests from suppliers and customers are usually answered within 24 hours.
